  1. No swimwear allowed. For safety, shoes must be worn at all times.

  2. Patrons can bring their birthday cake. There will be a cakeage fee of $3.00 per person.

  3. Shall patrons be running late for a reservation, the table will be held for the first 15 minutes with prior notice given, however, if the table is still unattended after 15 minutes, La Capannina will CANCEL the reservation.

  4. Being a fully licensed premises, La Capannina does not allow BYO

  5. La Capannina holds a Tavern License, patrons under 18 years old (MINORS) cannot be seated without a legal guardian present at all times.

  6. Table requests are ONLY met subject to availability and weather conditions, including wind, rain and hot days. La Capannina reserves the right to substitute a similar space or table arrangement at management discretion.

  7. La Capannina does not provide individual/itemized billing. Bill can be split into a maximum of two payments. Cash or Card
